About the project

This project focused on the renovation and upgrade of a residential building’s rooftop in Oslo. The work included creating an entrance to the terrace on the roof, allowing residents direct access to new outdoor space. Roof insulation and new roofing felt were installed to improve energy efficiency and durability. The terrace on the roof was carefully designed to maximize usability while maintaining the building’s architectural integrity.

All metal flashings were crafted in titanium-zinc, providing a modern, long-lasting finish that blends seamlessly with the existing structure. Thanks to precise planning and skilled craftsmanship, the project was completed on time with excellent results.
